One Foot, Two Foot

Why “One Foot, Two Foot” as a title?
Well…
because starting anything new takes baby steps 

ESPECIALLY exercising
Running
Biking
Swimming
Spin classes
Yoga
Pilates
You name it. 
AND
It all starts with one step – one foot
one foot followed by a second foot
baby steps
{if you’re not a runner, substitute “exercise” for “run”…it still works}
